well.

saw her last night. superb. dispite all the recent press about her not being able to perform, a two fingered salute to all those journalists was in order last night. after strolling onstage an hour late, she put in a magnificent hour and a half performance. i was very close to her and whenever she strayed away from the mic, her voice was still audible as it is so powerful. i deecided to saty away from alcohol so that i could listen closely. truly amazing. the papers gave her a 4 out of 5, maybe had she been on time an extra star would have been awarded. well worth the £25. i dont usually give a gig report, but this one deserves it. the whole band was given a muniute each to show there skills after being introduced by amy. a tenor, trumpet, sax, drum, bass, keyboard and 2 backing singing solos, while of course she had a rather large swig of jd and coke. if i hadnt gone with my sister there was a lot of potential to pull because of the high number of females in the audience. brixton was the perfect venue for amy and any bigger venue and i think her voice would be lost. one to remember and defo up for my best gig of the year award.

Winehouse ain't bad.
Though I was a wee bit dissappointed with her album...
Go ahead and play the blues if it makes you happy.

I love her voice. I really don't care what she does in her private life, as long as her music's good. Her cover of Valerie is wonderful, I bought the album and I consider buying the dvd ^^

Her voice is wonderful, songs are good too. I love Back to black, I wish I could see her live. I' m getting frustrated when I see rude articles about her in newspapers. It's doesn't matter to me at all, as long as she makes good music.
Plus, what I like about her is that she is honest, unlike other cheap pop stars.

heard she was just diagnosed with emphysema. how come i'm not surprised? (again with sarcasm)

music is ok i guess. she always did kinda scare me though...
Have I done something to trigger the funny looks and the sniggers?
