In this section of the forum you can talk specifically about the Monkeys. Who are they? Where do they come from? And what the hell am I doing on this forum? Find out HERE

Really? I actually thought it was better. It had some good shots in it.

Does anyone know who plays the drummer and who was the director?

Boosticks :(

Same here...(damn cable company... only all the BS  )

Saw it couple of days ago, (from here) and I must say... I cant stop watching it. Brought that song in a new light to me.

From this site I saw quite a few diferent live performances of them. It´s actualy quite nice to see some other artistic faccet of them. Especialy if they have an active and creative hand in it...(not sure if they do, but very hopeful that its so)

Overall I think its very good 4 Stars out of 5

The View From the Afternoon is fast becoming my new favourite song. It's a great album opener anyway.

I didn't mean looks like, re-read it. I said it reminds me of it. The white stripes video just watches her dancing, the monkeys vid just watches this guy playing the drums.

Yeah I wasn't too keen when I popped it in the CD player for the 1st time, but now it is pure genious to me!

And she won’t be surprised and she won't be shocked
When she’s pressed the star after she's pressed unlock
And there’s verse and chapter sat in her inbox
And all that it says is that you’ve drank a lot

i saw that vid 1st on mtv2, i thought it was v.good, the drummer was real good yea got milk? christ he kept going on it showed his dertermination into the drums, then those guys throwin chips at him and he wsnt affected by it pure determination. dammm bring the hits on.

The Arctics should seroiusly reconsider making a vid for a certain romance or dancing shoes(just a suggestion)

Mark, I agree with u mate. VFTA is prob my fave now. I never really got into the demo much cos of its quality and the breakdown part had been cut out but as soon as i stuck on the album for the first ti9me, i loved it. Stomping beat and great riffs. It probably has the best lyrics and Alex has said that its the song title he is most proud of!!
And how could you wake up,
With someone you don't love,
And not feel slightly phased by it?
