Studio version of Nettles sounds insanely better then the live bootlegs
Go ahead and play the blues if it makes you happy.

Personally I think this b-sides are a littler bit rubbish this time and sound slightly amateur. But they may grow on me. Probably.

hmmmmm....i agree. the nettles is sounding alright but the stop/starting is annoying me a bit, it will have to grow on me...the other two didn't particularly grab me either, bit similar and melancholy....
mind you it was the same with too much to ask, it bored me for ages, i couldn't listen past the first verse, then i listened to the lyrics and now i like it :)
Smitten but might not be smitten for long if you're still sittin' soon she'll be smitten and gone

God. I've been listening to the band for like a year and a half now, and I've absolutely fallen in love with them. I loved all the demos, the first album, the singles....
But I can't stand this single. I seriously had to stop in the middle of the recording of Nettles.
But I loved the live recordings of it! This studio recording, though.... I dunno.
Maybe I'm the only one that feels this way. I kind of hope so, anyways.
I somewhat liked Death Ramps, but I think it's nothing compared to Chun Li's Spinning Bird Kick.
But that's just my opinion. /:
