Arctic Monkeys Live DVD

Arctic Monkeys are pleased to announce the one night only screening on Tuesday 14th October of ‘Arctic Monkeys at The Apollo’, a 76 minute film of the last gig in the band’s acclaimed 2007 world tour, shot at their Manchester Apollo show in December.

A Warp Films production (Dead Man’s Shoes, This is England, Scummy Man and Leave Before the Lights Come On) is directed by Richard Ayoade (regular Warp Films music video director and actor from Garth Marenghi’s Darkplace, The Mighty Boosh and The I.T. Crowd), captured exquisitely on film by name Director of Photography Danny Cohen (This is England, Pierrepoint), this is a unique opportunity to see a stunning piece of cinema as it was meant to be seen.

A selection of Vue and other independent cinemas in the UK will be hosting the one night only screenings in High Definition with full surround sound and will feature an exclusive, filmed introduction by the band.

The DVD better be released in the US too! I need to see this...I can't exactly fly to England the week of the 14th just to see it in a theatre :(

can anyone please tell me that the vinyl recorded live in texas with the special edition box set on hmv says it features 10 songs recorded live, was this the full gig ???
