Why did they play the astoria and not somewhere bigger.

i remember a while back them saying that they would never play big venues so that fans didnt have to pay over the odds. but charging £28 to see them in LCCC is a lot more than say brixton academy £15 last time.

anything bigger than brixton academy (4500), if were talking about bands as big as monkeys. OR arena's i suppose. that will be the day i stop seeing arctic monkeys.

I agree, Although personally I would say the London Astoria would be a band limit. After than they seem to be entering the mainstream appearence.
That's when the knob heads manage to get tickets who think they were fans since the beginning. It all gets too popular.

But I will always enjo the band music, that's a fact, but whether I enjoy the gigs is a different story.
