how long are the shows

how long are the shows

ive never been to an arctic monkeys show and want to know how long they usually last i will be going to the show in atl at the tabernacle

Not long enough. I've only seen them once before, and then played about an hour.

NOT LONG ENOUGH! Are you having a laugh?
They only have ONE album release :lol: How long do you expect them to play. lol

IMO an hour is just long enough to survive the heat exaustion aswell as the battering you get!

While they are still at the level they are at the moment an hour is fine.
Set list is usually an hour or so long (10-15 songs)

I wasn't seriously complaining about the time, I was just saying I wish it were longer. They could play all day and I'd want an encore.

But I know they don't do encores though, which I understand and think is very cool.

I think they actually do a really good job at picking there songs, playing them in a certain order and length and all those elements.

Agree with Alison that them not playing encore is nice! Love it... cos everyone expects an encore but they dont play one... they're a lil bit offensive, but me loves that!

And quite frankly, yeah an hour is soon passed, but i wouldn't really want them to play covers... they shouldn't fall into that downhill (if that makes sense).

only if they did play all the songs they've ever done, now that would be a show i would definatly go to (not like i wouldnt want to miss a show were they havent done all there songs!!) :)

i wish i lived in sheffield so i could have heard their earlier stuff live, you just can't beat a good Space Invaders or Curtains Close
