One of my friends described them as a puberty band.
But I still like them.

If you gauge how much of a rockstar you are by being a fuck-up waster for the majority of your life then the list is great... If you do not the list is 100% utter pish!

I like the guys, but come on! The guy topped himself! It doesn't make him a fucking hero! He left a fatherless kid for christ sake!
Oh well rant over, i relise there are great musicians but i hate when they are idolised for doing stupid, bad things...

From contactmusic.com:

01. Kurt COBAIN
02. Pete DOHERTY
03. MORRISSEY
04. Liam GALLAGHER
05. Carl BARAT
06. Thom YORKE
07. Noel GALLAGHER
08. David BOWIE
09. Ian BROWN
10. Ian CURTIS

About Kurt, I do believe everything would be different if he didnt kill himself. Nirvana wouldnt be that famous now.
I've never been a fan: they sound too much like The Pixies actually... It might be a bit stupid to write such a thing but without Franck Black & his wonderful band, no Nirvana.
And, if F. Black decided to kill himself in '92-'93, The Pixies would be now as famous as Nirvana or maybe more (as they're so much better!!!!!)
I'm happy, hope you're happy too!

It was only Kurt's life and only his choice,no one can judge him for that..But he left very good songs...They were coming from his heart.I don't think he decided to make a suicide just for fameous memory of his band in future..
