Baby I'm Your's has it's first airplay.
It was played on Jo Whiley's show at 12:43 GMT (Very end of Jo Whiley's set) and features the 747's vocal harmonies.
The track sounds nothing like the Arctic Monkeys (well maybe a bit) and Alex's voice has a "soothing" sound to it. Very strange but impressive for the Arctic Monkeys.
You can listen again to the track later today when it's put online to "listen again". Skip all the way towards the end and it's her final song on her 2hr 45min set.
You can also <a href='http://www.arctic-monkeys.com/count/click.php?id=52'>download</a> an exclusive "<a href='http://www.arctic-monkeys.com/count/click.php?id=52'>sample</a>" here.
http://www.arctic-monkeys.com/count/click.php?id=52 A preview. I was caught off guard. Was just having some dinner, came upstairs and it was on radio 1, dashed into my bedroom, flicked computer on and hit record so I only have a little bit.
ah, yeah...now I remember, but I can't download it cause I don't think that'll work for me I thought it would be like the rest, just downloads but maybe not...why's it not like the rest? lol
i have yet to find a poor song that arctic monkeys have been involved in...
it might not quite be A Certain Romance but it has charm and quirkiness... it wasn't what I was expecting and I love that about a band, trying new things
