OK, needed a thread to discuss the masterpiece. I got mine yest but had uni all day and work at night so only listened to it thru now twice and as expected its amazing, will top the charts for weeks, hopefully break records, blah blah blah.

I must be honest tho and say I'm a wee bit let down by it, not that its bad but I think the way the demos sounded and were recorded gave them an edge that hasnt been replicated on the album. Anyone else have an opinion.

Also think there should have been room for Space Invaders as its got an amazin solo in it!! also maybe Choo Choo as its a great catchy tune!

these are observations, not criticisms

P.S. Edinburgh Corn Exchange on Saturday...cant wait!!!
And how could you wake up,
With someone you don't love,
And not feel slightly phased by it?

No your right its class!! I was just about to post retracting my last post. Think the version of Riot Van is well done as Alex sounds hungover tae fook and its supposed to be the morning after. A bonus track would have been magic though!! Also forgot, i hope wavin bye to the train or bus is a B-side cos its class!!

Anyone been to NME yet? im goin to Edinburgh on Saturday!! Whats the set like? Length? Setlist? New Tracks? Other bands?

Take off Riot Van and Mardy Bum, and replace them with Choo Choo and Cigarette Smoke and it's a 10 out of 10 album.
