Monkeys moulding into QOTSA?

they seem very similar lately. plastic tramp makes them sound like them so much.

anbody else?

helders is a much better drummer tho.

oh no.
Joey Castillo' s a beast. Man, he' s my hero :D him and Dave Grohl... i love Matt' s drumming, but i think he' s got his own style, his own sound and even though he was influenced by Joey, it' s hard to compare them.

Okay I still prefer Joey :milton:
And if Alex could start headbanging and moving his hips like Josh H., it wuld be funkier :milton:

I don't think they sound anything like. QOTSA are more rock.
I can see the potential influences...............

However, listening to the end of Plastic Tramp, when it kicks in the second time sounds very similar to a QOTSA song.

Personally I think the James Ford influence has made them sound like Klaxons, like incredibly similar.

anyway, i' ve always hated comparing bands. QotSA and the AMs are two of my fav bands ever, i can' t be objective

I'll tell you who are turning a bit QOTSA......
The new Smashing Pumpkins is very similar. Yeah they have always had their own style but still............

never got into smashing pumpkins. like one or two of the songs. not the complete package tho. i will be watching the other stage when they play at reading this year.
