Matt spills the beans...or the spaghetti

Matt Helders has been speaking to BBC 6 Music and has been reported saying the new album may have been influenced by Western music.

He told BBC 6Music: "I don't know whether the desert had much of an influence on the sounds, but it must have done across the lines because like I say it had an effect on us. So maybe subconsciously there'll be some spaghetti in there!"

very interesting....right now i can't really imagine a mix of AM's music and spaghetti...i wonder what that would sound,but knowing arctic monkeys,it has to be great.
